Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients
4 cups frozen pineapple
1 can Thai Kitchen full fat coconut milk
½ cup dried unsweetened coconut
2 scoops My Body Symphony Coconut Almond Superfood Mix (get it here)
2 tablespoons of unrefined coconut oil (I used Vita Coco)
Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend of high until smooth.
You can add a pineapple wedge or shredded coconut for a pretty garnish.
Tip: I used a liquid measuring cup to measure frozen pineapple. If smoothie is to thick for your liking, you can add a splash or two of water until it reaches the consistency you prefer.
