Infused Olive Oil

Do you like flavored oils but think it's to hard to do?

This is one of the simplest things you can do and use.

You can add to your favorite vinegar for an easy and healthy salad dressing. Use as a marinade or simple dress your veggies with it.......Here's how

1) Pick the size jar you will use, preferably one with a cork or seal (you could use a mason jar) 2) Pour olive oil into container (for measuring), leaving about an 1/2 inch at the top so you will have room for fresh herbs 3) Now pour the olive oil into a sauce pan and gently heat, don't boil 4) Add herbs of choice, I added a sprig of rosemary and thyme from the garden, 4 cloves of roasted garlic and 2 pinches of dried red pepper flakes into the bottle 5) Pour warmed olive oil into jar, let cool and refrigerate

That's it!! Now you have a great flavored oil for any occasion
